Dr. Brooks strives to help women achieve optimal health - not just overcome pain - naturally. While chiropractic care is vital for neuromusculoskeletal health, other therapies and services are also utilized to promote "whole body wellness." Most care plans include chiropractic care, lifestyle modification recommendations, and nutritional counseling or nutritional supplementation.
Our chiropractic office is located in beautiful Clintonville in the Brevoort Building. We are proud to provide a fun, lively, and upbeat - yet pleasantly relaxing - office while providing the highest quality chiropractic care available. It is one of our top priorities to protect the well-being of our valued patients. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family.
If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by telephone or through our website. All visits are by appointment only. We do not accept walk-in appointments. However, both "new patients" and "existing patients" are generally able to schedule same day or next day appointments. New patients are always welcome!
We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your chiropractic benefits. We are "in-network" for many insurance plans, such as: Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield, CareSource, Medical Mutual, and United Health Care to name a few. We will do everything we can to help you afford the chiropractic treatment you need and want. Additional forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, American Express, Visa/Mastercard and Discover.
We do not file insurance claims for the majority of the healthcare products or nutritional supplements we sell. We also do not bill insurances for any of wellness services or for care that is not "medically necessary." Any service or product that is not billed to insurance is the financial responsibility of the patient and is due at the time of service or receipt of the item/product. However, should you wish to seek reimbursement from your insurance provider, please let us know and we'll be sure to provide you with the necessary information and paperwork.
